    Hi there,

    Just wondering if the general diagnosis is Peyronie’s with ventral angulation, or ventral angulation secondary to Peyronie’s or a congenital defect?

    I wonder is calling this Peyronie’s disease (induratio penis plastica) strictly correct.

    This has the appearance of a congenital penile curvature.

    I would favour congenital ventral penile chordae as we can’t say its a pyeronese unless we palpate it…..
