Ureteric Colic Poll Results

A recent paper in NEJM suggests initial ultrasound may be better for acute ureteric colic than CT by reducing radiation dose with no effect on outcome. With this evidence do you think initial ultrasound should be offered to most non-septic patients with ureteric colic?

MRI and prostate biopsy poll results

MRI and prostate diagnostics is very topical at the moment with another paper published this month. But do you feel that MRI now allows you to avoid the need for prostate biopsy if no lesions seen?
