Our Work

BJU International (BJUI) is a charity for the advancement and improvement of education in urology and related areas and the diffusion of knowledge of new and improved methods of teaching and practising urology.

For almost 100 years we have been publishing cutting-edge urological research and reviews in our flagship journal, BJU International. To this day, the journal remains one of the leading publications for urological research globally.

In 2020 we launched the fully open access sound science journal, BJUI Compass, available free of charge to readers across the world.

Our educational resources reach a worldwide audience through BJUI Knowledge, our online learning platform containing eLearning modules, surgical videos and test questions.

Underpinning all our activities is the BJUI Charity. All revenues generated from publishing are fed back into our work with the international urological community to support training and life-long learning across the globe.
